“Story of Intuition”

You know the word “Intuition” and its meaning don’t you? For people who have trouble using it, please take a look below.

First of all, let’s eliminate your thought of “thinking mind is bad but intuition is good”. Please do not waste your time by thinking above but go ahead and use your thinking mind as much as you want! Even people who only live by using their thinking mind have at least once experienced “intuition” or a moment that “something crossed” their mind. And especially for people who use their thinking mind can know this “something” did not come from their usual thinking pattern. There was this person who was forcing herself to use intuition when she paints. She wants to use her intuition to pick what color she should use. “Is this the right color? Or is that the one?” She struggles with her wanting to use intuition. In that moment, something comes across her mind. “I should go to the super market by the train station rather than going to my usual supermarket today to prepare for the dinner.” She blames herself that an inappropriate thought came to her while she was seriously trying to work intuitionally. Later that day, she went to her usual supermarket. “Oh my goodness!”, the market was temporarily closed! She realizes for the first time that this information had already come to her intuitionally. Aren’t you missing to catch your intuition? Maybe by thinking that you need to use it?

You cannot use intuition because you simply want to. So what do we do? The most important thing is to use/act on all intuition that comes to you. All that you think are intuition, don’t be concerned if it is truly so or not. As in the example above if you act on what came to you, you could save time. Because intuition was telling you “Your usual supermarket is closed, go to the one by the station”.  Even if you cannot use intuition, you can use your thinking mind, can’t you? So use 100% of your thinking mind. However, when something else comes across your mind by not using your thinking pattern, listen to it! But most importantly, you need to use it, act on what you received. You will never understand “Intuition” if you do not act. After acting on intuition, you might not know the result. For example, even if she used her intuition and went to the store by the train station, as she did not go to the usual market, she would not know that the market was closed. So she could not assure herself of the result of using her intuition.  But do you still need to know the result after using intuition? Even you don’t know it, it was the right answer that you went to the one by the station. Is it not enough?

Do not concern whether or not this is “Intuition” or your “thinking mind”.  The more important point is that you take action. Because there is no other way of knowing but to discover yourself. You need to find out through your own way.  Even if you make many mistakes, you can learn from your mistakes. Make many mistakes. Mistakes are the answer that you are actually taking action. Don’t get stuck by telling yourself “I must use intuition!” By taking actions continuously, it will lead you to the next step. And you will “I see, this is what it means.”.  Aren’t you excited to discover the truth of “Intuition”?
