“Story of Taking Action” (NEW)

I have written many stories in my blog. Among all, the most important thing is to “Take Action”. How much effort do you put in to change yourself? There may be some people who agreed with my stories and thought “That’s right! I need to do this to change!”

So how much effort do you put in? For example, if you want to eliminate your “anger”? How do we do this? You wake up, your husband and children wake up…your action is already started at this point. Your children don’t get up and you try to wake them up many times but they still don’t get up. You get “annoyed”! Catch his emotion and process this emotion as an unnecessary one. You start to make breakfast. Your children are taking time to prepare for school, you get “annoyed/angry” again.

Catch here your emotion again. Your husband wakes up and looking at the Japanese breakfast, he says “I want to eat bread” You get “annoyed/angry” thinking “I am so busy from the time I woke up and you don’t even help me but saying you want to have bread?!” Yes!, you catch your emotion and process as an unnecessary emotion. Over the breakfast your husband says “This bread is not so good”. You get annoyed again. It is only a few hours since you woke up and you already got “annoyed/angry” many times.

In the afternoon after you have already done so much, you go to the supermarket. At the cashier, you get “annoyed/angry” by looking at the cashier putting groceries rough into the basket. Why can’t you handle them nicely? After you return home, busy preparing for dinner, your mother calls. The call was nothing important. You get “annoyed/angry”, why does she call me when I am so busy!

Afterwards, you get “annoyed/angry” many times until you go to sleep.

If it were you, how much effort do you put in to eliminate your “anger”? May be you did in the morning but not in the afternoon? I did today but not tomorrow. I did it for 1 month but it was very hard so you quit. I make an effort once in a while!

I will tell you this to only those who really want to make changes. If you are very serious to change something, you need to take action patiently all the time. It does not matter if you didn’t do so well. You need not to get depressed because you didn’t do so well. The most important thing is to continue taking action patiently. If you could not do well today, try tomorrow again. If you do not have this consciousness to take action, nothing will change.
