Just “Sharing my sensation”🌟 (NEW)

I’d like to share my ‘sensation’ that I experienced today.

I wrote the “Story of Two Different Endurances” in my past blog. One kind of endurance that I gave an example of, using a cup without a lid on as “〜as if the sand was slowly blown in the wind.” I thought what I have felt today might be easier for you to understand what that is like. 

Something I’m not good at just happened. This entered in me exactly as is. However, my emotion did not react at all. A few seconds later, all that entered in me floated away outside of me. This may be as difficult to understand as an example of the sand?! I felt though I was watching it come and go. If you take an action to eliminate your unnecessary emotion, you will finally be able to only accept “as is” without getting emotional. Please try it and see it yourself.
