“Notice” and “Story”

“Notice” and “Story”

I decided to separate the English and Japanese on all “Story” etc., from July. Right now I have separated English and Japanese on “Everyone’s Place” I have realized that posting English after Japanese may confuse English speakers.

I have all comments of the month in “Everyone’s Place ‘of the month’”. I am not setting my blog like Facebook, Twitter etc., to avoid many and unspecified access. My blog is for people who have some connection to me. Therefore, I apologize if it is hard to find things. In “Everyone’s Place” , I try to put them in the order of date.

I have written about various themes in my blog. I thought there may be people who think “I have to do this and that”, “Ah, there are too many things to do!” So I decided to write about that.

From my experiences, if you stick seriously with one theme (anger or fear etc.) and act on it, you will be able to do other themes before you know it. For example, I worked to get rid of my “Anger” and seriously acted on it. One day suddenly I become “Anger free”. If you become this state, this make changes in your other emotions. “What!? I worked on “Anger” but “Fear” also disappeared from me.

So Please work on what you want to change the most. Please try “only one! start from one! “.

You will learn endurance from it. If your endurance become stronger, you will be able to work other themes more easily. Please make good use of “Story” in my blog. You might become aware of certain things by reading different stories. Or skip “Story” if you can already do it. I don’t recommend to keep what I wrote in my blog as knowledge. Because if your brain mistakes “knowledge=I can do”, your ego will increase. If you have a chance, be with someone who you are not fond of. If you go beyond your comfort zone, you will learn how much you still can’t do. This will be a great chance to find out who you really are. Please be honest and work seriously from what you can do.

Learnings and awareness continue endlessly. I still have so much that I haven’t done. Even if I thought I could do it, similar learning comes from a different direction. “I have completely accomplished”, this is not possible. If someone thinks that he/she mastered everything, it is wrong. “Perfect Me” doesn't exist. As I wrote “Ikuko’s Story”, as a result of my intense work to eliminate ego, I have experienced and learned so many things. And I am what I am now. But I am not “Distinguished”. I may be a little bit head of you, that’s all. Anyone can do what I did. I have endless learnings ahead of me. I am “continuous and progressive” forever.

I would like to continue to write about themes I felt. I am happy if anything in it is a hint for you. I’d like to vary what I have from my blog.
